1965  Ampeg SB-12

Incredible amp for guitar or bass.

In excellent condition. All original with the possible exception of the JBL G 125 8 speaker, one the most effecient 12" speakers ever made. Ampeg used several different makes of speakers in these amps usually CTS and Jensen although JBL is not unheard of. These were designed for String Bass hence the SB in the name, however many great bass and guitar recordings have been made on this amp. Output is around 25 watts. Included is the original blue check cover and casters. To limit rattles there is some added foam between the head and cabinet. Overall a killer bass or guitar amp!
